APPRAISER
FT position requires thorough knowledge of appraising real property along with the ability to analyze factors which influence the value of property and to exercise judgment in the determination of property values. Must be knowledgeable of state laws and local ordinances related to real property assessments and be able to understand building construction plans and specifications. This position will work closely with team members, officials, property owners and the general public. Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related field with major course work in real estate, economics or business supplemented by two years professional experience in real property appraisals or real property assessments. Virginia Licensed (Certified) Residential Appraiser or a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser desirable.
Hiring Range: S33,661 - $45,442/yr
