AMENDMENT TO THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE Erosion & Sedimentation Control Regulations
The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a public hearing on Monday, November 1, 2004, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA to consider amendments to the Rappahannock County Code relating to Erosion and Sedimentation Control. The effect of the proposed amendments is to meet state requirements for local soil erosion and sedimentation control.
The Amendments are available for inspection at the County Administration Office at 290 Gay Street, Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30 or by requesting a copy from that office at (540) 675-5330.
All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment at the meeting, or by submitting written remarks for the record to the County Administrator, PO Box 519, Washington, VA 22747.
