“There’ll be no industrial discharge,” McCarthy said. “They’ll have no discharge, other than what can be expected for toilet facilities for employees.”
It’s subject to negotiation with the buyer, but McCarthy said that “about 10 acres” would be zoned commercially and the rest would be agricultural.
“The county wants to restrict the commercial zone to the actual operation,” McCarthy said. “We don’t want to have extra room where something else might be able to squeeze in.”
