Rappahannock’s 4-H Livestock Club, under the leadership of David Thornhill and Randall Updike, had swine and cattle entries in the Culpeper-MadisonRappahannock Farm Show and the State Fair.
Kim Gilkey won the Foley Award for outstanding member of a home economics club presented by VPI extension agent Nancy Secrist at 4-H night on Monday. Kim took home a box full of kitchen gadgets ranging from a strainer to a food mill as her prize.
