from Virginia State College in Richmond VA and went on to receive his Medical Degree from Howard University, Washington DC, in 1946.
He was a noted obstetrician and surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Swan practiced in the Los Angeles community from 1954 until 1970. He died in 1972. With skilled hands, he delivered bouncing babies and performed delicate surgeries to enhance the lives of thousands of people.
His daughter, Gail Clark Swan, his wife Elaine Manns Swan and nephew, Milton Swan, all of Los Angeles, will be in Little Washington for a Clark/Chinn/Thompson/Crensh aw/Dennis/Pope/Carter/Cliffin/ Woods/Grayson reunion which
