Welcome Pastor

The community welcomes Leah DeLong and her husband, Don, to Flint Hill. Leah is the new Pastor of the Rappahannock Methodist Charge, which includes the Methodist churches at Flint Hill, Sperryville and Willis Chapel. Leah replaces Merlin Shorb, who recently retired.
Rev. DeLong is a recent graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary of the United Methodist Church. Before coming to Rappahannock, Leah was Pastor of the Paris Mountain Charge, in the Winchester District The Paris Mountain Charge also contains three churches.
Leah and Don will make their home in the Methodist parsonage in Flint Hill.
