Growing multi-family mortgage banking company located in Warrenton has an opportunity for an individual in its Loan Administration Division. Duties include monitoring & reviewing insurance policy information for the FHA loan portfolio as well as: • Reviewing insurance evidence to insure compliance w/FHA regulations; • Monitoring insurance cancellation notices to avoid lapse in coverage, and if applicable, force-place coverage; • Generating letters to Management Companies & Insurance Agencies requesting additional information, invoices & other documentation; • Preparing insurance premium disbursements from escrow; • Updating & maintaining insurance records in the Benedict system; • General filing and administrative duties as assigned.
Previous experience in the insurance industry and mortgage banking desired. Successful candidate will be multi-tasked, organized, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
