We have been to our friends’ farms, but it might be nice to know who else is open to having kids come to visit. Any thoughts on this? Natural waterslides
There are several places in Shenandoah National Park where there are natural water slides. I want to develop a list of those spots with directions.
Picking Fruit
Finding a patch of wild black raspberries is like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Skyler never let me go by that spot without insisting that' I stop and get them for him. I have always promised the boys “raspberries” for Father’s Day and this year’s bumper crop kept us busy in our own,raspberry patch. The abundance of cherries at Cherries-on-Tbp in Flint Hill amazed the boys who ate as much as they picked.
