Hospice of the Rapidan recently announced that Tammy Barboza has joined its senior management team as Director of Development. She will lead the organization’s fund raising and development efforts, including individual, corporate and foundation giving, planned gifts, grants, capital planning and events. Ms. Barboza brings a strong background in fund raising and development leadership to Hospice of the Rapidan, including eight years with similar size not- for-profit organizations in other parts of the country.
