“In addition to many strong and experienced individuals, we have a history of families who have had several members serve on our Board over the years,” reported Rose Ann Sharp. “Linda Dietel chaired our Board in. the 80s, and her husband Bill served as chair during his term in 1999-2001. Diana Bird chaired the Board in the mid 80s, her daughter-in-law Mary Jane Capello served in the late 80s, and Diana’s son, Chris, is cur- » rently serving. John McCarthy served in the early 90s followed by his wife Susan in the late 90s.

“It takes a determined board committed to quality and professionalism with a vision of what service to our community means to keep a non-profit of this size moving forward,” said Rose Ann. “I am so fortunate* to have worked with the dozens of volunteers that have helped me do my job these last eighteen years. I look forward to Auction Night when I can recognize their service in front of all our attendees.”
