The Blue Ridge Chorale is seeking singers for its Christmas concert. Tfenors, baritones, and sopranos are especially needed. The Alpha Course: An Introduction to the Christian Faith
Little Fork Church of Rixeyville invites the public to participate in an absorbing introduction to the Christian faith through a non-denominational, 11week course entitled ‘Alpha.’
Alpha is an opportunity for everyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed atmosphere of open discussion. Questions such as ‘What is the point of life?,’ ‘Is forgiveness possible?’ and ‘What relevance does Jesus have for our lives today?* will be explored in a low-key, friendly and fun atmosphere.
The course started on September 20 and will continue on consecutive Wednesday evenings until the end of November. The course is free to participants, and dinner will be provided for those with more than hungry souls. For more information call Little Fork Church at 540-937-4306.
