WoodviUe Baptist Church will host a Fall Festival Saturday October 28 at 2:30 p. m. for all ages. They will have food, games and fun for all and an old fashioned hay ride. There will be prizes for costumes and much more. WoodviUe Baptist will host a joint service of praise with Promised Land Baptist Church and choir and with the Rev. Morris Freeman Associate, pastor of Promised Land this Sunday, October 29 beginning at 6 p.m. All are invited to come and be blessed. WoodviUe Baptist will host Alonzo White and his sisters in ministry on Sunday, November 5 at 6 p. m. Come and be blessed with this old fashioned singing and praise.
Hope Hill Baptist Church in Castleton will have its Fall Homecoming and Revived services beginning on Sunday, October 29 through Wednesday, November 1. Homecoming will begin during the Sunday School hour at 10 a.m. with former Pastor Dick Trout sharing with the adult class. The morning worship service at 11 a. m. will be conducted by Rev. Paul Hawkins—a retired pastor from Chesapeake, Va., who grew up in Rappahannock County. Dinner will be served after the completion of the service. The afternoon service will include special music, testimony from former Pastor Trout, and preaching by Rev. Hawkins.
