The Rappahannock Lions Club Bland Music Contest" will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Feb. 10, at the Theatre in Washington, Virginia. Vocalists and instrumentalists in elementary grades through seniors are cordially invited to participate in the annual contest exclusively for Rappahannock County students.
