Police Briefs Truck stolen A truck was reported stolen from a home on Sharp Rock Road on Jan. 9. The call went into the Rappahannock County Sheriffs Office around 9 a.m. and the owner of the vehicle said the truck. must have been stolen during the night. Lt Roger Jenkins found the vehicle, which was damaged. The case is still under investigation. Drunk in public Melissa Lynn Partlow was arrested and charged with being drunk in public on Jan. 9 near her home in Amissville. Sgt.
