C. D. Green appeared at last Thursday’s meeting of the Rappahannock Supervisors to protest against what he preceives as unnecessary delays in action on his proposal for a large-lot subdivision near Amissville. His complaints triggered another round of arguments in continuing dispute over whether the county has a comprehensive plan. Opinion remained split at the close of discussion although Planning Commission member Newbill Miller told the Supervisors that “we intend to have a comprehensive plan to present to you formally’’ before the state’s 1980 deadline.
