Mrs. Walter Scheidegger entertained with a party Tuesday afternoon honoring the 9th birthday of her daughter, Athena (Tina). Guests included, Karene Sibony of Winchester; Bobby Edwards of Norfolk; and Virginia, Janie, and Molly Ubben. Present also was Mrs. Scheidegger’s sister, Mrs. Robert Edwards of Norfolk. These two sisters are anticipating the arrival Saturday of their niece, Miss Elaine Denaroch of Paris, France, who is a law student and is taking a two-months’ vacation.
A report on Dicky Williams indicates his condition remains the same where he is convalescing at home.
