To Consider Rezoning Application

The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will consider the application of C. L. Goode, of Amissville, Virginia to rezone a tract of land consisting of 77.4008 acres from A-1 (Agriculture) and CV-1 (Conservation) to RS-1 (Residential Subdivision) at a hearing to be held in the Courthouse Building, Washington, Virginia at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, August 4, 1977. Said tract of land is located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia bounded on the east by U.S. Route 522 and on the north by the Jordan River, approximately 0.2 miles north of Flint Hill, Virginia.
