Supervisor Chairman Pete Luke affirmed that county ordinances required rezoning fronv> agriculture to residential for subdivisions over five lots.
“We talked to the Administrator a number of times,” said Walter Robinson, Fauquier County Real estate agent representing Green. “We were first told that the subdivision could be administratively approved ... In the interim, he indicated that it (the subdivision) would require Planning Commission approval of preliminary and final plats . . . Then we were told that the property would have to be rezoned.”
