Home Bound Instruction

Kathy Doyle, the Vocational Rehabilitation worker for Rappahannock County, will come into the homes of visually handicapped persons to teach and give folks the help they may need to survive, said Mrs. Morrill. Instruction includes homemaking skills, reading and writing braille, and developing an awareness of the environment through the use of the remaining senses. Mrs. Morrill said that the rehabilitation worker provides her clients with things like self-threading
