Massachusetts, was the honor attendant. Her formal gown, designed and made by the bride, was a colonial print of blue and mauve floral cotton. She wore a picture hat covered with fabric matching her gown and carried longstemmed pink roses.
The bridegroom had his brother. Dan Metzler of Atlanta. Georgia, as his best man. Ushers were Larry Glick of Harrisonburg, brother of the bride and Burton Metzler, brother of the bridegroom.
A pre-nuptial recital was given by Larry Gardner of Bridgewater. Organist was Mrs. Ann Wright of Staunton, who also accompanied the soloist, the bride's father. A reading “On Marriage" was given by Ms. Donna Jean Glick.
A luncheon reception at Village Inn followed the ceremony.
After a southern wedding trip, the couple will live in Bethlehem. Pennsylvania where >he bridegroom is enrolled in graduate school at Lehigh University.
