PERSONAL
The wife and family of Charles William Jenkins wish to express their sincere ap preciation to the friends and relatives for the numerous acts of kindness following the loss of their loved one. The prayers, floral tributes, cards, personal visits, memorial contributions, food and other thoughtful acts of condolence lave been gratefully acknowledged and deeply appreciated. A special thanks to the Rev. Lindsey Savage and family, the Flint Hill Rescue Squad, and Dr. <rebser for all their services and kindness.

In memory of our dear husband and father, Floyd Menefee, who passed away August 22, 1978. The stars are shining brightly upon a lovely grave; In it lies our loved one whom we loved so dearly. But could not save. If you never lost a loved one who was so dear to you; If you never felt the pain and heartache. Then I pray you never will. For when Jesus takes a loved one. He takes a part of you. Oh, l wish that we could say, "I'll go and visit him today," So I could see his precious smile and sit and talk with him awhile. Although his place is vacant in our hearts and in our homes. His voice is still and his footsteps gone and we are so alone, But l know that he is resting in heaven. So sleep on dear one and take your rest, God called you home for He knew best. He saw you suffering here on earth. So he opened wide the golden gate.
