This district consists of all land areas having slopes in excess of 14 per cent. The purpose and intent is to protect the rugged steep terrain from erosion; to perserve and utilize the natural scenery associated with such terrain; to promote profit or non-profit recreational activities; to protect and preserve the forest and wildlife; to protect and preserve water source and quality. CV-1 District shall include D, E, and F slopes as shown on the accompanying zoning maps as follows:
D-Slope 14+percent - 25 per cent
E Slope 25+ per cent - 45 per cent
