Skyline District Regulations and Policies are in effect at R.C.H.S., which is a member school. Regulations concerning crowd control during athletic contests as established by the Skyline District are as follows:
1. All spectators must be seated. 2. No drinks in the gym. 3. No loafing in hall or restrooms during gametime. 4. Leaving the building and re-entering is not permitted.
