(The letter from DuFresne was not read at the Supervisor's meeting. It also stated that the need for adjustment to the stop bar was the result of a seven-foot privacy fence erected on private property belonging to P. E. Steve DeMent.

According to DuFresne, lights, signing and pavement markings at the intersection are adequate. He attributed the October 13 fatal accident
