with award ceremonies before noon Sunday, with 18 Patrols receiving blue, red or yellow streamers for Troop flags. The District’s Winter Camporee is scheduled for February 24 and 25. Troops are now conducting a fall roundup for new Scouts. All boys 11 years and older, in sixth grade and up, are invited to be part of the game of Scouting. Parents or boys can call local Scoutmasters or District Executive John Sims at 6366722 in Front Royal for information.
