It has been a busy and interesting time for your Delegate since March 15th and I believe it’s time for me to bring you up to date on “what’s happening.”
First of all in way of a few statistics, I have made a total of 59 appearances in the four county area through October 31st, 1978, including work at the General Assembly, 6 in Rappahannock, 18 in Orange, 6 in Madison and 15 in Culpeper. These were speaking engagements at civic clubs, garden clubs.
