“As Woodville goes, so goes the state” is an adage that voters in that Rappahannock precinct are fond of repeating. It looks like they went with the w'inner in Tuesday's election. Unofficial county returns show Warner winning in Woodville while Miller carried the rest of Rappahannock. Countywide. unofficial totals give Miller 904 votes or 57 per cent, and Warner 678 for 43 per cent.
