Bear Conducts
Training Course
William “Yogi” Bear, assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 123 from Washington and Unit Commissioner for Rappahannock County,' led an overnight training and camping course in October at Lake Arrowhead in Luray.
The course concentrated on development of leadership skills for troop and patrol leaders.
