Virginia, about 3 4 mile east of Amtssville, and described as follows, to wn All that lot described as Lot t> 4 containing 18 60 acres in a division of the lands of C Z Rollins, the metes and bounds of said property being as follows' Beginning at a stone corner to the 2 90 acre wood lot H 1 and lot D 3, running thence with the lines of lot 4 3 S 27“ W 500' to a stone, thence continuing with said lot tt 3. S 3° W 1268' to a point in the line of lot tt 3, thence continuing in a southwesterly direction 30 ft thence N 84“ E to a point set forth on a plat hereinaf ter referred to, thence N 76“ E 467’ to a stone, thence N 2 1 4° E 1251 to a stone at a spring thence S 29 1 '4“ W 825 ft to a point in said 2 90 acre wood lot, thence following the lines of said wood lot in a southeasterly direction to the point of beginning and containing 18 60 acres."
The parcel of land herein described is the same parcel of land which was conveyed to John H. Mallory and Jeanne W. Mallory by deed dated November 28, 1960, from Nannie Maude Weaver and Bernard R. Weaver, her husband, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 73, at Page 303
