Mrs. Margaret Ann Carroll, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Donald of Castleton, graduated June 9 from New College of the University of South Florida in Sarasota. She earned a BA degree with a major in Social Ethics.
During her senior year she was involved in the hospice movement in Manatee and Sarasota counties, organizing and conducting seminars for churches, civic and health organizations. She participated in radio and television programs designed to inform the community of the hospice method of dealing with problems of death and dying.
Since graduation Mrs. Carroll has returned with her two daughters, Cathy and Cindy, to reside in Kensington, Md. She will continue to pursue her career in the hospice movement in the Metropolitan Washington area.
