Frazier Funeral services for Mrs. Frances May Frazier of Castleton were conducted Wednesday at Geest Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper by the Rev. Lindsay Savage. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Frazier, 50, wife of Shelvy H. Frazier, died Sunday July 8, 1979 at the University of Virginia Hospital. Daughter of Bessie B. Corbin and the late Brew S. Burke, Sr., she was a native of Culpeper County. She attended Massanova Pentecostal Church for a number of years. Besides her husband and her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Miss Janet F. Frazier of Castleton; three brothers, Marvin B. Burke and William O. Burke, both of Charlottesville, and Russell D. Burke of Columbia, S.C.; four halfbrothers, Otis H. Burke and Woodrow Burke, both of Culpeper, Jesse Burke of Arlington and Brew S. Burke, Jr. of Woodville; and a half-sister, Mrs. Lottie Seal of Winchester.

AND SEWER AUTHORITY The Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority is considering applications for assistance from qualified owner occupants of dwellings in Sperryville which are not equipped with bathroom and kitchen waste water facilities. It is proposed that interior bathroom and kitchen sink will be installed with available funds prior to final construction and operation of the sewer system.
