NOTICE

Because of the increasing incidence of vandalism on the Rappahannock Recreation Center property, it has become necessary to establish a new policy with respect to the use of the facilities at the Recreation Center. Effective this date, any person or persons using the Recreation Center facilities must, prior to such use, have the permission of a member of the Rappahannock Recreational Facilities Authority to utilize the premises. Any person or persons utilizing the Recreation Center facilities without such permission will be prosecuted for trespassing pursuant to Section 18.2-119 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. Any person or persons unlawfully damaging the property of the Rappahannock Recreational Facilities Authority or unlawfully entering the building situated on the Recreation Center property by destroying or otherwise breaking the locks on the bathroom doors or breaking and/or crawling through the windows will be prosecuted for a violation of Section 18.2-121 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, ae amended. A violstion of either of the above statutes carries an authorized punishment of confinement In Jail for not more than twelve (12) months and a fine of not more than 11,000.00, either or both.
