In the early fall of that year. Weems did some travelling. He went to Nepal, where his father was working, and found the country to be indescribably beautiful. He will wax every lyrical on the subject, if he is given the chance, and he recommends anyone who has the time and the money to go there and look for himself. When Weems returned to Boston, he felt particularly homeless and without roots: “I was looking for ideas, and getting worried. What was I going to do with my career?” he explains.
