Edward J. Jackson, Delmore Jackson, Rufus Jackson, Lela Gibbons, Donald Jackson, George Jackson, Gerald R. Jackson, Janet Jackson, Delores Grant Legros, Thelma Grant Spears, William W. Grant, Inez M. T. Dillard, a-ka Ivey Mae Grant Dillard, Edward Grant, a-k-a Bud Edward Grant, Merritt Robertson, Joan Battle and Sonja Fairfax, Willie Wood Warner, if living, or if he be dead, the widow and heirs, devisees and successors in title of Willie Wood Warner, who left the Washington, D. C. area around 1941, and who have not been heard from since, who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN; Ulysses Grant, if living, or if she be dead, the widower and heirs, devisees and successors in title of Ulysses Grant, whose addresses are unknown, and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN; and any other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, andor any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of Wood Grant and Albert Grant, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before August 17, 1979 and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof, to each of the said defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
