TR ASH ORDINANCE
Rappahannock County
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited in any county owned or leased trash receptacle or dumping pit any:
111 Combustible paper, wood or foliage material.
(2) Dead animal or fowl.
(31 Agricultural or horticultural product or
material.
(41 Garbage.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited any trash on the ground or within the area outside of and surrounding any Countv owned or leased trash receptacle or dumping pit.
SECTION 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited in Rappahannock County any trash originating as such in any other town, city or county.
SECTION 4. PENALTIES: Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guiltv of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300,001 and confinement in the County jail not to exceed Thirty days (301, either or both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 3. If any Section or part of this Ordinance should, for any reason, be held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not effect the remainder of the Ordinance, and each and e\er\ remaining Section or part thereof shall continue in full force and effect.
