(Continued from Page 1) Peter Kramer’s Old Mill rezoning request to August 2 at the regular monthly board meeting. Originally set for July 5, the meeting was delayed by an error in notice publication. Under Virginia law, a jezoning hearing must be advertised for two consecutive- weeks. Following publication of the advertisement in the June 21 issue of the Rappahannock News, the notice was inadvertently left out of the June 28 paper. The Planning Commission’s hearing on the same rezoning will be held July 31.
