Jim and Diane Bayne, directors of the new Catholic family retreat center in Washington, will host an open house on Sunday, September 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bethany House, located just outside of town on Route 683 across the Rush River, is intended to provide families from the Arlington Diocese with an opportunity to live in a Christ-centered community for a weekend. Families will arrive Friday evening for a two-day schedule that includes time for play, work, prayer and dialogue both within and between families.
