CONSTRUCTION

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of a 400,000 gallon per day concrete extended aeration plant, with control building and appurtenant piping, roads, and plant site work, will be received by the Town of Elkton, Virginia at the office of the Town Clerk, 173 W. Spootswood Avenue, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, October 31, 1979.

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of opening of the bids. Contract award date is anticipated to be late December, 1979.
