CARROLL FRYE who is employed on the Clifford Miller farm and orchard at Sperryville, keeps busy hauling the large bins of apples from the orchards. One orchardist, downcast about apple prices, said based on 1958 prices, and taking into consideration the advancing costs of supplies and labor, they are receiving about half as much for this year’s crop as in 1958.
