AT TURNBRIDGE WEST OF SPERRYVILLE Friday, this GMC tractor-trailer failed to negotiate a curve when it skidded on wet pavement and turned over on its side. Leroy Owens of Annapolis was driving the rig which was owned by North American Van Lines and was loaded with Matel toys. The operator was cited for reckless driving by Trooper C. A. Moore.
