Sets of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk located at 173 W. Spotswood Avenue, Elkton, VA upon payment of $50.00 per set payable by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or money order. Any Bidder or Non-bidder upon returning the Contract Documents promptly and in good condition, will be refunded $25.00.
