Rezoning Stipulated
Waugh Crigler, Culpeper attorney representing the supervisors, pointed out that the zoning ordinance clearly stated rezoning was required before approval of any subdivision of five lots or more where any one lot is less than 25 acres. The subdivision ordinance, he added, requires rezoning before final plat approval.
Crigler said that both ordinances were in the zoning administrator’s office for review by Goode or his representative. “They were shown copies of the zoning and subdivision ordinances and told ‘Here they are. Read them.’ ”
