To the editor:
As a former resident of Rappahannock County who has worked in the school system with special education students and teachers, I read with interest the article concerning the school board meeting of March 24.
While school ad-' ministrators called for the board to adopt measures designed to meet state mandated requirements for special education, a member of the board proposed certain actions be taken that are in direct violation of these requirements.
