A community Good Friday Easter Service will be held at Amissville Baptist Church, Friday, April 4, at 7:30 p.m.
The Rev. A.C. Walker, pastor of Forest Grove Baptist Church, Viewtown will deliver the sermon and the Amissville Choir will have special music for the service.
The public is invited to attend.
Easter Services
Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church will hold Maundy Thursday Services at 7:30 p.m. on April 3. Communion will be served.
On Good Friday evening, April 4, communion services will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the F. T. Baptist Church. Sponsors of the Good Friday service include Mt. Lebanon, Mt. Carmel, Novum, Slate Mills and F. T. Baptist churches.
Sunrise Service
Sunrise services will be conducted at the First Baptist Church, Washington, Easter Sunday, April 6 at 6 a.m. Regular services will be held at 11 a.m. The pastor, the Rev. Wendell R. Grant, will be in charge and invites the public to attend.
