Amend Regulation R18-2.2 to read as follows:

It shall be lawful to hunt beareded turkeys only from April 11 through May 9, 1981, both dates inclusive, from onehalf hour before sunrise to 11 o'clock a.m. Bearded turkeys may be hunted by Calling. It shall be unlawful to use dogs or organize drives for the purpose of hunting.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29 125, 29-126 and 29127 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed changes in Commission regulations applicable to all counties East of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and adopting, each of the proposed changes, or any part thereof, will be held at the Executive Motor Hotel, 5215 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a.m., on April 25, 1980, at which any interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Commission is satisfied that proposed changes in its regulations, or any parts thereof, are advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Commission may adopt each such proposal, acting upon the proposals separately or in block.

CHAPTER 6. Deer. Amend Regulation R6-7.2 to read as follows:

The bag limit for deer shall be one a day and two a license year, either sex the last hunting day only, in the counties of Greene (except on Rapldan Wildlife Management Area) and Madison (except on Rapidan Wildlife Management Area); and on BuckinghamAppomattox State Forest, Cumberland State Forest, Powhatan Wildlife Management Area and Prince Edward State Forest.
