NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29 125, 29-126 and 29127 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed changes in Commission regulations applicable statewide. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and adopting, each of the proposed changes, or any part thereof, will be held at the Executive Motor Hotel, 5215 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a.m., on April 25, 1980, at which any Interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Commission is satisfied that proposed changes in its regulations, or any parts thereof, are advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Commission may adopt each such proposal, acting upon the proposals separately or in block.
CHAPTERS. Bobcat. Amend Regulation R5-01 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt bobcat by day and night from November 1 through January 31, both dates inclusive.

CHAPTER 5.1. Crow. Amend Regulation R5.1-1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt crow on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week from August 1 through December 31, both dates inclusive, and from the first Wednesday in February through the last Saturday in March, both dates inclusive.

CHAPTER 8. Fox. Amend Regulation R8-2 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise provided by local legislation and with the specific exceptions provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt foxes with guns from November 1 through January 31, both dates inclusive.
