1 package sliced corned beef (3 or 4 oz.) cut in bitesize pieces 'A cup sauerkraut, welldrained

In large bowl combine corned beef, sauerkraut, caraway seeds and eggs. Heat butter in large ovenproof skillet until just hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. Pour in egg mixture.
