According to Morgan, the next step in the youth services planning project is to hold a meeting of the41 volunteer task force for ideas on how to implement objectives, particularly those with little or no cost. In addition, she said, the task force must decide on its organizational set-up for the future.

Copies of the comprehensive plan for youth opportunities are available from Katie Morgan at the Culpeper offices of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District Commission. In addition, youth services directories developed by the task force and handed out to RCHS students last spring are also available from task force chairman David Moore of Washington.

In describing the comprehensive plan for youth opportunities, Morgan said it "supports a lot of feelings that people had with facts and figures. It shows that what people thought was happening really is happening.”
