At Monday's board meeting, they received a letter from a Chester Gap couple complaining that dumpsters there are located on private property, not on highway department right-ofway. In addition, they were taken aback by a $5,000 bill from Wallace Critzer for work on the access road to the new Amissville dumpster site.
