To the editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to clarify the information of last week’s editorial which was in part incorrect. Paul and Joan St.Gair did not knowingly violate any law regarding signs as so stated.
We did exactly as we were directed to do regarding putting up a sign in a noncommercial zone. We paid the Planning office S40.(X) to apply for a Special Use Permit to erect a sign in an area we felt would not further add to the clutter of Real Estate signs, apple signs. Farmers Market signs.
